Our Products

Maaruf offers handmade crochet bags and related products.

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in stitching, texture, dimensions, positioning, or finishing may occur between individual pieces.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and photographs accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions, photography, and the screen or device being used.

These natural differences do not necessarily indicate a defect.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or colours, and update our product range at any time.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you to arrange an alternative, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Pricing

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our website are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

We reserve the right to update product prices, promotions, discounts, and delivery charges at any time.

The price charged for an order will normally be the price displayed and confirmed when the order is placed.

If a clear pricing, technical, or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to contact you before processing the affected order.

Orders

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation through the contact information provided during checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where there is suspected fraud, incorrect customer information, product unavailability, an obvious pricing error, or another reasonable operational issue.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Payment methods available to you will be displayed during checkout and may include Cash on Delivery (COD), bank payment, or online payment methods, depending on availability.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.

Shipping

Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy.

Our estimated delivery time within Pakistan is generally 2–4 business days.

Delivery estimates are not absolute guarantees, as delays may occasionally occur due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote locations, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Maaruf offers eligible customers a 30-day free return and refund policy.
