Maaruf — Return & Refund Policy

At Maaruf, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day free return and refund policy.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product should be in its original condition, unused, and returned with its original packaging where possible. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Because our crochet bags are handmade, slight variations in stitching, texture, shape, or colour may naturally occur and make each piece unique.

Free Returns

Eligible returns within the 30-day return period are free of charge. Maaruf will arrange or cover the return shipping cost according to the return instructions provided by our customer support team.

Please do not return an item without contacting us first.

Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and photographs if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We will provide you with the instructions required to return your order.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund.

Approved refunds will normally be processed within 5–7 business days.

For prepaid orders, the refund will normally be made through the original payment method where available.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund may be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method after the required payment details have been provided.

The price paid for the returned product will be refunded. Original delivery charges, if applicable, may only be refundable when the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us with your order details and photographs. We will arrange a free replacement, return, or full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
