Do you deliver all across Pakistan?

Yes. Maaruf delivers across Pakistan to areas covered by our courier partners.

How much is shipping?

Any applicable shipping charges will be shown clearly at checkout before you place your order. We may also offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment options will be displayed at checkout. Depending on availability, these may include Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, and online payment methods.

Yes. We offer a 30-day free return policy. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Yes. Eligible returns requested within the 30-day return period are free of charge.

How long does a refund take?

Once your returned item has been received and approved, refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may request your bank details or another suitable payment method to process the refund.

Send us your order number and clear photographs of the item, and our team will help arrange a replacement, return, or refund.

Are Maaruf bags handmade?

Yes. Our crochet bags are handmade, which means small variations in stitching, texture, shape, or finishing may naturally occur.

These subtle differences are part of the handmade character of each Maaruf piece.

Will the bag colour look exactly like the photos?

We make every effort to show our colours as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur because of lighting, photography, and your phone or computer screen settings.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel the shipment.

How can I track my order?

If tracking is available, your tracking information will be shared with you after your order has been dispatched.

Courier tracking updates may occasionally take some time to appear.
