Delivery Time

Our standard estimated delivery time within Pakistan is:

2–4 Business Days

Delivery time begins once your order has been confirmed and prepared for shipment.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you may receive an order confirmation through the email address or phone number provided during checkout.

Please make sure that your name, phone number, city, address, and other delivery information are correct.

We may contact customers to confirm certain orders before dispatch.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

From time to time, Maaruf may also offer free shipping promotions or special delivery offers.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it may be provided to you after your order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates are managed by the applicable courier company and may occasionally take time to appear after dispatch.

Delivery Delays

Although most orders are expected to arrive within 2–4 business days, occasional delays may occur because of courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, high order volumes, remote delivery locations, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your shipment is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in checking its status.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, an unreachable phone number, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal of the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be sent again.
